 Jessy Kirkwood has over 8 years of experience in HR and recruiting. Prior to joining BGA, Jessy worked as a Senior Counselor/Recruiter with Gregory & Leigh. Over the years Jessy has developed long-term relationships with both clients and numerous contacts within the legal, hi-tech, bio-tech and finance communities. This has allowed her to become an integral part of hundreds of hires within the Silicon Valley. In total, Jessy has over 10 years of sales and relationship-building experience within the Bay Area. She has had the opportunity to speak to many prospective graduates and candidates about the importance of finding that right match and counseled clients on intelligent hiring practices. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of San Francisco where she received her Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics, graduating with highest honors. She attended Middlesex County College in New Jersey where she studied Business Administration and Management. Ivonne is fluent in Spanish; she was born in Ecuador and has been living in the US since 1999.  Walker White joins BGA with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world. Prior to joining BGA, Walker worked as a recruiter for Zentek Corp, a technical staffing firm. Before starting her recruiting career, she spent 7 years in the corporate travel group of Amdocs. In this role, Walker gained firsthand experience in growing, leading and managing teams within a global company. Walker studied Sociology at Covenant College in Georgia. These experiences have provided her with a strong framework for understanding the importance of matching great candidates with great opportunities.  Pat joins BGA to head up the new attorney placement division. Pat’s experiences includes over 8 years of recruiting & staffing including: Recruiting Manager with Landmark Legal Professionals and Director of Global Staffing for Phoenix Technologies. Pat is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and practiced as a litigation associate with Popelka Allard in San Jose prior to her legal recruiting career.
